Finance & Membership Committee

The Budget and Finance Committee is a standing committee of the Association. The Committee serves as a forum to:
  • Review, recommend and approve significant Association financial policies
  • Review and recommend the Association budget(s) to the Board of Directors for the upcoming fiscal year
  • Determine its requirements for the upcoming fiscal year and to recommend the appointment of the Association’s independent auditor
  • Serve as a fiscal review committee to review the Association’s financial statements and the report from the independent auditor or audit committee
The Budget and Finance Committee shall consist of five members of the Association. The Association’s Treasurer shall serve as the Chair. The committee membership shall be appointed by the Board.
